Celtica does not operate a public marketplace and does not publish availability. A requirement is registered, qualified and then worked against current and forthcoming stock, including positions that are not openly marketed.
Where a match is identified, Celtica verifies specification, ownership, documentation and duty position before anything is committed, and manages the purchase through to delivery.
