Irish whiskey cask and bulk portfolios held by distilleries, funds and trade owners.

Principal, agent or adviser.
Celtica confirms its capacity at the outset of every transaction: whether it is buying on its own account, selling as agent, or advising. Any commercial interest in an asset Celtica has been asked to assess is disclosed in writing before work begins, and the instructing party decides whether to proceed on that basis.
Evidence
What determines the price.
Price follows evidence. The more that can be produced, the tighter the assessment and the fewer conditions a buyer will attach.
- Ownership evidence, and warehouse recognition of the owner
- Warehouse records and current stock position
- Provenance: distillery, fill date, cask type and history
- Current regauge, strength and litres of pure alcohol
- Specification and any laboratory analysis
- Duty status and movement documentation
- Brand, artwork and dry-goods documentation, where relevant
- Any contractual restrictions on sale, use or market
