This notice covers information submitted through Celtica's website forms, and how this site uses cookies. It does not cover information shared with Celtica outside this website (for example, by phone or email).
Hamlets B & P (Cork) Limited, trading as Celtica (“Celtica”, “we”, “us”), is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website. We are a company registered in Ireland with an operation in San Diego, California.
Celtica is a trading name of Hamlets B & P (Cork) Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 367455, with its registered office at Crestfield Centre, Glanmire, Cork, Ireland.

When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you provide — for example your name, company, role, country, contact details, and the content of your enquiry. Where a form includes a marketing consent checkbox, we only collect and act on that consent if you tick it yourself; it is never pre-selected. We also collect limited technical information (such as your IP address) that is necessary to deliver the site securely and to process form submissions.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess an asset or buying requirement, process a publication request, or provide the service you have asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries and operating the business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); where you have ticked a marketing consent box, our basis for sending you marketing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the commercial relationship, and is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing aidan@celtica.ie.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to you — in particular our website hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify) — and with professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to do so. These providers process your information on our instructions.
Because we operate in both Ireland and the United States and use service providers based in the United States, your information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
This website uses cookies only where necessary for the site to function correctly, and — once analytics are connected — to understand aggregate site usage. No non-essential cookie is set without your consent. Use the cookie banner shown on your first visit to manage your preference.
