Privacy & Cookie Notice
How Celtica handles personal data collected through this website. Last updated July 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Celtica, a trading name of Hamlets B & P (Cork) Limited, company number 367455, registered office Crestfield Centre, Glanmire, Cork, Ireland.
For any question about this notice, or about personal data held by Celtica, contact enquiries@celtica.ie.
What this website collects
- When you submit the enquiry form. Your name and email address, and any company or firm name, enquiry category, target market and message content you choose to provide. The enquiry form does not ask for a telephone number and Celtica does not collect one through this website.
- Automatically, through hosting. This website is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes technical information necessary to serve the site and protect it from abuse, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any resulting correspondence or engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have initiated — and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.
Hosting data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a secure, available website.
Cookie Notice
This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracker. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set.
This website makes no request to any third-party font, script, stylesheet or content delivery network. All fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain.
If analytics or any non-essential cookie is introduced in future, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism added before it goes live.
Who the data is shared with
Enquiry submissions are processed by Netlify, which provides the hosting and form-handling infrastructure, and are then received and stored in Celtica's business email and records. Celtica does not sell personal data and does not share it for marketing purposes.
Netlify is a United States provider, so an international transfer may occur. Such transfers are made under the transfer mechanisms Netlify makes available in its data processing terms.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by applicable company, tax and professional-record obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data Celtica holds about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to request portability.
Data-subject requests should be sent to enquiries@celtica.ie. Please include enough detail to identify the data concerned.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, at dataprotection.ie.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential client information, cask identities or price-sensitive material through the website enquiry form. Celtica will agree an appropriate confidentiality position before sensitive material is exchanged.
